Amidst a sexed up generation where you’re either in an indie-rock band or standing next to someone who is, where gaining exposure in the music industry is relative to standing in a room full of screaming punk-rockers vying for your individual attention, and discotheques prevail over lo-fi bedroom recordings, Tom Milek has edged slyly in and around each intrusive niche, gathering ideas and inspiration to create his own, unique sound.

Stringybark McDowEll
Stringybark McDowell (aka Kenny Terrington ) is known to audiences around Australia of all ages and cultures, mainly as front man for band 'Muddy Puddles'. Australian band 'Muddy Puddles' carved a niche through rural Australia for many years with their jug junk band attitude to the blues. His style of raw rootsy blues drawn from the great masters of the late 19th and early 20th centuries mixed with his eccentric aussie humour and homemade instruments combines for a blues loving and rib-tickling good time.

Lionel Lee & The Suburban Parallels (formerly Lionel Lee’s Curse) Lionel has more recently changed gear (up) and is traveling down the creative road with ‘the Suburban Parallels’ (Mark Trinham guitar, Rod Cosier drums and Keith Gregory bass). The Suburban Parallels represent an extraordinary bunch of players with a truly collective spirit. It also sees a much awaited return for Lionel to a rock band ethos and more expansive material. Lionel and the suburban Parallels will also be hitting the studio early in 2012.

For the last 13 years of exposing our culture to our community we have established a reputation of a high standard quality performing arts dance group followed with the sound and symphony of drum beats traditional to the Cook Islands. Also we specialise in our cultural dancing as the Cook Island Royal Polynesian Dance Group is formed of 22 members combined of both drummers and dancers roles we have presented our culture nation wide with outstanding performances and wish to continue and pass on history to the future.

Performing regularly throughout Melbourne and interstate, Bindaas is ideal for Weddings, Birthdays, hen’s parties, baby showers, children’s parties, cultural festivals and council functions. Bindaas has even performed on the sets on many bollywood movies!
